How do I join the beta?

Install Apple's TestFlight app on your iPhone, then open our TestFlight invite and tap Accept, then Install.

How do I restore my purchases?
  1. Open Hardwood Edge and sign in with the same account you subscribed with.
  2. Go to the Plans screen.
  3. Tap Restore purchases. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancel through Apple:

  1. Open the iPhone Settings app and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then Hardwood Edge.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If we decline a Get pick request as not workable, your credit is restored in the app automatically.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: open the Plans tab (person icon), scroll to Account, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted right away.

By email: email hardwoodedgeapp@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple ID settings.

When do new picks post?

A fresh slate posts every morning at 9 AM Pacific. Live in-game picks (Elite) post during games.

How do invite rewards work?

Share your invite link from the app. Each friend who joins gives you one free day of Pro, up to 5 days a month.

How do I turn notifications on or off?

Open iPhone Settings, tap Notifications, then Hardwood Edge.
